Psychologist/Neuropsychologist - Hybrid Role (Therapy & Assessment)

Beacon Light Neuropsychology, LLC (BLN) is seeking a licensed psychologist/neuropsychologist for a unique hybrid role that initially involves developing and launching our psychotherapy services while conducting several pediatric and young adult assessments per month. After services are launched, this role will shift to a mix of therapy and assessment. This is an ideal opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys a mix of clinical work and assessment, and who is excited to engage in program development. Long-term, this position could become focused exclusively on therapy or assessment based on clinician preference and the needs of the organization.

Approachability: We create a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where clients feel safe and supported.
Actionable Help: We focus on practical, real-world strategies that empower clients and families.
Attentiveness: We prioritize clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Comprehensiveness: We take a holistic, thoughtful approach that considers the full picture of each individual.
