Melissa Jacques O’Connor,

Hi! I'm Melissa Jacques O'Connor. I help kids learn and grow in special ways. I went to school for a long time to learn how to be the best helper I can be! First, I went to Northeastern University in Boston, where I learned that I love working with kids who think and learn differently. Then I went to more schools to learn even more about helping kids.

Now I work at Beacon Light Neuropsychology where I help kids and their parents understand behaviors and find ways to make learning fun and easier. I also help give special tasks that show what kids are good at and what they might need help with.

When I'm not helping kids, I love to play outside in Maine! I go hiking, running, and take my friendly Golden Retriever—Summer—for walks on the beach. I also really like trying yummy food at different restaurants in Portland with my husband.
